Civil War Encampment Weekend

Civil War soldiers will camp on the D.A. Collins property near Northway Exit 16.

This event will include dozens of Civil War-era reenactors. Camp life, infantry, artillery, and cavalry drills, battles, and firing demonstrations will bring the period to life.

August 11th & 12th a hundred authentic living historians will engage in mock battle scenarios with cannons, cavalry horses and realistic illustrations of life during the Civil War.
